Sublimation
The correct calibration necessary to improve the print quality, our experts are helping for the calibration.
Room temperature affects the ink and therefore affects the print result. The temperature should not fall below 16 ° C. The ideal temperature should be 20 ° C – 24 ° C.
If the room temperature is low, the ink comes in a crystalline and thick. In this case, the sharpness of the machine may change and this causes color changes in the print.
The humidity in the room is also important. The ideal humidity should be 50-55%. Humidity should not fall below 45%. If moisture falls, the head is drying out.
The ink is very important ink to dry on paper. If the ink does not dry well on paper, there may be problems during the printing process. Thanks to its nanoparticle structure, our inks are user friendly, fast drying and do not swell.
